Stonehaven was appointed by DARGLOBAL to manage cost consultancy for Marriott Residences — a luxury cliffside resort in Muscat, Oman.

Stonehaven was appointed by ROSHN to deliver comprehensive pre-contract services for their ambitious Al Islamiah Development on the outskirts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Our scope of work included preparing initial cost estimates for the entire masterplan, producing detailed Bills of Quantities (BoQ) for each building type, and developing pre-tender estimates from concept through to detailed design stages. The development covers a built-up area of over 1,892,000 m², featuring more than 3,200 villas & 2,400 townhouses, as well as associated infrastructure, landscaping, and over 30 community buildings.

Stonehaven was appointed by Thinkwell Group in 2023 to provide pre-contract cost consultancy services for a 60,000m2 mixed used masterplan consisting of esports venues, retail, food and beverage, office, residential and hospitality in Qiddiya, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Cost consultancy services consisted of cost planning from pre-concept onwards.
