Cost management services included cost estimation, preparation of detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ), pre tender estimates, and commercial management. Stonehaven’s comprehensive scope of services ensured precise planning and execution to support the refurbishment of this vibrant retail destination.

Stonehaven was the primary Cost Management Service provider for the Moon incubators project in King Abdullah Financial District, Riyadh in 2023. We’ve conducted feasibility studies, cost estimations, bill of quantities preparation, tender process oversight, and contract document creation. In addition, we have explored the use of AI integration to enhance decision-making and streamline commercial workflows, alongside exploring alternative digital solutions for transparency and efficiency.

Stonehaven served as the designated Cost Management Service provider for the prestigious Diriyah Innovation Centre project in Riyadh, a role undertaken from the project’s inception in early 2024. In 2024, Stonehaven was entrusted by the Jacobs & Nesma Partners JV to deliver comprehensive pre-contract cost management services for the prestigious Al Ula Tram Project in Saudi Arabia. Stonehaven’s scope of work encompassed the preparation of detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ), pre-tender estimates, and budget formulation, alongside a thorough review of the contract documents for this significant development. The expansive project features over 22,000m² of built-up areas, covering 17 stations along a 23 km track, along with ancillary buildings, heavy earthworks, infrastructure works, bridges, roadways, and MEP facilities throughout the development.
