Perched atop cliffs, the development is approximately 130 m above sea level, offering sweeping views of the Gulf of Oman, rugged coastal cliffs, and proximity to championship golf. Residents benefit from direct private beach access and the natural landscape.

Spanning over 80,000 square meters of built-up area, our scope included design BOQs, pre-tender cost estimates, tender documentation and evaluation, and contract drafting through the development phase.

The development features 1–3 bedroom fully furnished apartments, ranging from 60 m² to 194 m², each with private balconies and floor-to-ceiling windows. Three-bedroom units also include dedicated maid’s rooms and utility spaces, designed to meet modern lifestyle demands.

Cost consultancy services consisted of cost planning from pre-concept onwards.
