This project, situated within the retail sector, exemplifies Stonehaven's expertise in delivering solutions for complex and high-profile developments. Cost management services included cost estimation, preparation of detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ), pre tender estimates, and commercial management. Stonehaven’s comprehensive scope of services ensured precise planning and execution to support the refurbishment of this vibrant retail destination.

Stonehaven was appointed by ROSHN to deliver comprehensive pre-contract services for their ambitious Al Islamiah Development on the outskirts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Our scope of work included preparing initial cost estimates for the entire masterplan, producing detailed Bills of Quantities (BoQ) for each building type, and developing pre-tender estimates from concept through to detailed design stages. The development covers a built-up area of over 1,892,000 m², featuring more than 3,200 villas & 2,400 townhouses, as well as associated infrastructure, landscaping, and over 30 community buildings.
