Supporting Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment, Stonehaven managed cost control, variations, contractor claims, change management and final account settlement through to project completion.

Appointed as Lead Consultant, Stonehaven provided project management, cost management and site supervision, overseeing design coordination, procurement, commercial control and delivery through to handover.

Stonehaven has completed its cost management and quantity surveying appointment for VOX Cinemas at City Centre Me’aisem, the UAE’s first fully LED-enabled cinema. Stonehaven provided end-to-end cost consultancy from pre-concept through to completion, covering cost planning, benchmarking, procurement, tendering, post-contract cost control and final account settlement.
