Stonehaven was appointed by Thinkwell Group in 2023 to provide pre-contract cost consultancy services as part of a joint venture for the USA Pavilion at Expo 2025 in Osaka, Japan, creating impactful and sustainable pavilions and exhibits. Cost consultancy services consisted of cost planning, bid preparation and commercial management.

Stonehaven was appointed by JETEX in 2023 to provide pre and post contract project management and cost consultancy services for this private airport lounge located in Al Bateen Airport. From pre-concept through construction and to handover, Stonehaven procured, awarded, and administered the lead design consultant, specialist design consultant and the main contractor. The main contract was competitively procured on a turnkey basis given the fast-track nature of the Project as it had to be ready in time to service the COP28 international climate event. The airport lounge consisted of a ground floor with an approximate built-up area of 1,500m2. The project consisted of existing building modification, mechanical and electrical, specialist façade, interior fit out and landscape.
