Stonehaven was appointed by Thinkwell Group in 2023 to provide pre-contract cost consultancy services as part of a joint venture for the USA Pavilion at Expo 2025 in Osaka, Japan, creating impactful and sustainable pavilions and exhibits. Cost consultancy services consisted of cost planning, bid preparation and commercial management.

Ambitious Waterfront Masterplan
Set on a 330-hectare coastal site on Osaka Bay, the masterplan features a ring-shaped central hub surrounded by thematic pavilions, parks, and innovation districts.

Built around three core themes - Saving Lives, Empowering Lives, Connecting Lives, the Expo curates immersive exhibits, forums, and showcases pushing future technologies and sustainability.
Year-Long Cultural Engine
Running for half a year from April to October 2025, the event combines entertainment, culture, tech showcases, and global dialogue with public spaces, gardens, and experiential entertainment zones.

Stonehaven was appointed by a Private Client in 2022 to provide lead design consultancy services for a high-end villa located in one of the Dubai’s most exclusive locations. Stonehaven provided lead design consultancy services consisting of architecture, substructure, superstructure, mechanical and electrical and landscaping. The villa consisted of a ground floor and two upper floors on a plot area is 3,000m2 with an approximate built-up area of 2,200m2.
