Stonehaven was appointed by MH Developers in 2025 to deliver the launch strategy and core marketing collateral for MH Real Estate’s residential project. Our scope included brand positioning, visual identity direction, preparation of investor and sales collateral, broker presentation materials, and the development of a project microsite to support lead capture. Stonehaven’s role focused on aligning brand, messaging, and sales tools to support a controlled and effective market launch.
