Stonehaven was appointed by CARS In 2023 to provide lead design consultancy services including cost consultancy for this high-end automotive storage and logistics facility located at Al Maktoum Airport, Dubai. The facility plot area is 11,560m2 with approximate built-up area of 7,500m2. Lead design consultancy services consisted of architect of record, architecture, mechanical and electrical engineering, landscape, external works, and construction supervision. Cost consultancy services consisted of cost planning, value engineering procurement, tender document preparation, tender reporting, contract document preparation, commercial management, conflict avoidance and final account close out.
