Fast-Tracked Delivery
Stonehaven was engaged by JETEX in 2023 to deliver project management and cost consultancy services for their flagship VIP airport lounge at DWC. Given the tight deadline to coincide with COP28, the project was delivered on a fast-track turnkey basis, with our team overseeing procurement, contract administration, and execution from pre-concept to handover.
Bespoke Fit-Out
Situated within a 1,500m² footprint at Dubai World Central (Al Maktoum International Airport), the JETEX lounge offers an ultra-luxury experience with bespoke interiors, private suites, and high-end aviation hospitality. Stonehaven managed the full interior fit-out and finishes to reflect JETEX’s award-winning global standards.
Integrated MEP & Façade
The scope included mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) upgrades, specialist façade enhancements, and selective structural modifications. Our team also coordinated with specialist consultants to integrate high-performance systems while maintaining compliance with aviation authority regulations.
End-to-End Oversight
As part of our post-contract project management services, Stonehaven administered the lead design consultant, specialist consultants, and main contractor, ensuring seamless delivery of this luxury private terminal on time and within budget. From commercial oversight to site coordination, we ensured this VIP aviation facility met every milestone without compromise.

Stonehaven was appointed by a Private Client in 2023 to provide post contract project management and cost consultancy services for this new food and beverage concept located in one of the Middle East’s most exclusive locations near to Burj Al Arab. Stonehaven managed and administered all consultants consisting of lead design, international specialist design and supervision as well as the main contractor to competitive tendering to achieve best value for the Private Client. The food and beverage concept consisted of a ground floor and an upper floor on a plot area of 1,000m2 with approximate built-up area of 800m2. The project consists of modification of an existing structure, superstructure, mechanical and electrical, specialist façade, interior fit out and landscape.

Stonehaven provided lead design consultancy services consisting of architecture, substructure, superstructure, mechanical and electrical and landscaping. The villa consisted of a ground floor and two upper floors on a plot area is 3,000m2 with an approximate built-up area of 2,200m2.
