Stonehaven was appointed by Sowah Square in 2024 to provide cost management services for the Galleria Mall, a premium retail development located in Abu Dhabi. Cost management services included cost estimation, preparation of detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ), pre tender estimates, and commercial management. Stonehaven was the primary Cost Management Service provider for the Moon incubators project in King Abdullah Financial District, Riyadh in 2023. We’ve conducted feasibility studies, cost estimations, bill of quantities preparation, tender process oversight, and contract document creation.
