Expansive Development
Stonehaven delivered comprehensive pre-contract cost consultancy for this landmark beachfront development, spanning over 51,000 square meters across two towers. Our role included the preparation of detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ), pre-tender cost estimates, full tender documentation, tender evaluation, and contract drafting.

The project comprises of 128 fully furnished branded residences, designed to the highest hospitality standards. Set along Sharjah’s coastline, these residences blend upscale beachfront living with full-service hotel amenities, offering residents direct access to 5-star facilities and the comfort of seaside resort-style living.
Wellness Facilities
Designed for premium coastal wellbeing, the resort features a 3.5 km stretch of private beach, two state-of-the-art gyms, an infinity pool, and a full-service Anantara Spa. Positioned on Al Heerah Beach, this expansive wellness supports a balanced lifestyle to both leisure travellers and long-term residents seeking rejuvenation by the Arabian Gulf.

Guests and residents enjoy a vibrant selection of five restaurants and bars, including the acclaimed Mekong restaurant, known for its Southeast Asian cuisine. Stonehaven was appointed by JETEX in 2022 to provide pre and post contract project management and cost consultancy services for the new JETEX Global Headquarters located in Dubai World Connect Airport. From pre-concept through construction and to handover, Stonehaven procured, awarded, and administered all consultants consisting of lead design, specialist design and supervision as well as the piling and main contractors. Procurement was traditional on a fixed price lump sum subject to competitive tender. JETEX Headquarters consisted of a basement, ground floor and one upper floor with approximate built-up area of 12,000m2. The project consisted of substructure, superstructure, mechanical and electrical, specialist façade, interior fit out and landscape.

Stonehaven was appointed by a Private Client in 2023 to provide post contract project management and cost consultancy services for this new food and beverage concept located in one of the Middle East’s most exclusive locations near to Burj Al Arab. Stonehaven managed and administered all consultants consisting of lead design, international specialist design and supervision as well as the main contractor to competitive tendering to achieve best value for the Private Client. The food and beverage concept consisted of a ground floor and an upper floor on a plot area of 1,000m2 with approximate built-up area of 800m2. The project consists of modification of an existing structure, superstructure, mechanical and electrical, specialist façade, interior fit out and landscape.
