Stonehaven was appointed in 2025 to provide comprehensive pre- and post-contract cost consultancy services for Thuraya Island Villas, a high-end residential development comprising 362 luxury villas ranging from 3 to 6 bedrooms. The villas feature built-up areas between approximately 400 m² and 908 m², supported by associated infrastructure works and public spaces. Stonehaven’s scope included cost estimation, Bills of Quantities preparation, value engineering, tender and contract preparation delivering robust post-contract cost control.
