Stonehaven supported the cost management and quantity verification for the Wynn Staff Accommodation – Phase 2 development in Ras Al Khaimah in 2025. The project forms part of the wider hospitality workforce infrastructure supporting Wynn’s development in RAK, with a focus on accuracy, buildability, and cost certainty at an early stage.
