Stonehaven was appointed by EMAAR in 2025 to deliver comprehensive cost consultancy services for Lyvia by Palace, a high-rise luxury residential development located within Dubai Creek Harbour. The project comprises approximately 81,000 m² across 54 floors and forms part of EMAAR’s flagship Palace-branded waterfront portfolio. Stonehaven’s scope includes cost estimation, Bills of Quantities preparation, value engineering, tender and contract preparation, and ongoing cost management, supporting commercial certainty and disciplined cost control throughout construction.
