About STONEHAVEN
At Stonehaven, we’re redefining construction consultancy.
As a global leader in cost management, project delivery, and advisory services, our mission is to shape built environments that are efficient, resilient, and future-ready.
Our work spans across public and private sectors, enabling clients to navigate uncertainty with confidence, delivering value through every phase of the project lifecycle, from concept to closeout, and beyond.
About the Role
STONEHAVEN is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing digital and brand team in Borella, Sri Lanka.
This is a full-time, design-led role with a strong focus on creating high-quality visual content across presentations, digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and brand assets. You will play a key role in shaping how Stonehaven looks, feels, and communicates across the construction and real estate sectors.
You’ll work closely with our digital, marketing, and leadership teams to translate ideas, data, and strategies into clear, compelling visual outputs. From corporate decks and website visuals to social media content and infographics, your work will directly support how our brand is perceived in the market.
We’re scaling fast across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Sri Lanka. That means more projects, sharper visuals, and higher expectations. You’ll be supported, trained on our systems, and then trusted to own your lane and raise the bar.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver high-quality visual assets across multiple formats, including:
-
Corporate and client-facing presentations
-
Social media graphics (static, carousel, story formats)
-
Website visuals, banners, and UI elements
-
Infographics and data-led design assets
Ensure consistency across all visual outputs by strictly adhering to Stonehaven’s brand guidelines.
Collaborate with the digital and marketing teams to develop creative concepts that support campaigns, reports, and business objectives.
Translate briefs, ideas, and feedback into refined design solutions that are clear, professional, and impactful.
Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain organised design files, templates, and version control to support team efficiency.
Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve output quality.
Support wider marketing assets including email campaigns, reports, brochures, and internal documents.
Our Ideal ‘Person’ Would Be:
4+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong, relevant portfolio.
Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Canva experience is a strong plus.
Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
Comfortable designing for both brand-led and information-heavy content.
Able to balance creativity with structure, clarity, and consistency.
Fast, reliable, detail-driven, and comfortable working to tight timelines.
You don’t wait to be told what to do, you see gaps, propose ideas, and execute confidently.
You take pride in your work and care deeply about quality.
