About the Role
We are seeking a Team Lead for Cost Management to oversee a team of quantity surveying professionals within our Colombo office.
You will be responsible for leading project cost planning, control, and reporting across major GCC and international developments.
This senior position requires both strong technical expertise and proven leadership skills to guide your team in delivering accuracy, value, and excellence for our clients.
Key Responsibilities

Provide expert oversight of cost plans, Bills of Quantities (BoQs), and tender documentation.

Monitor financial performance, identify cost risks and opportunities, and prepare accurate reports for clients.

Mentor and develop junior cost managers, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth.

Represent Stonehaven as a senior point of contact for cost consultancy services on major projects.
Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying (RICS accredited preferred).

10+ years’ experience in cost management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or team lead role.

Strong knowledge of GCC construction markets, procurement strategies, and contract frameworks.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Track record of delivering cost management services on complex, large-scale projects.
