About the Role
STONEHAVEN is hiring a Marketing Manager to own and drive delivery across our global marketing function, based in Colombo and working closely with UAE leadership.
This is a self-managed leadership role. You’ll be responsible for turning strategy into execution by coordinating teams, managing campaigns, tracking performance, and ensuring marketing activity directly supports business growth.
You’ll sit at the centre of content, digital, brand, and performance, balancing long-term positioning with short-term commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Own and execute Stonehaven’s marketing roadmap across regions and services.
Lead delivery by coordinating teams across content, social, website, SEO, paid media, and campaigns.
Define and track KPIs, ROI, and channel performance with commercial clarity.
Coordinate internal teams (design, content, digital) and external partners.
Translate leadership priorities into clear marketing plans and actions.
Maintain brand consistency and positioning across all channels.
Report performance, insights, and recommendations directly to leadership.

6-8+ years in marketing roles, including team or function leadership.
Strong grounding in digital marketing, content, and brand management.
Comfortable managing and coordinating multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Commercially aware and confident linking marketing activity to results.

Trusted by senior stakeholders to deliver responsibly, not just propose.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (equivalent professional experience will be considered).
6–8+ years of experience in marketing roles, including ownership of campaigns or functions.
Strong grounding in digital marketing, content strategy, and brand management.
Proven experience coordinating teams across content, social, website, and performance marketing.
Commercially aware, with the ability to link marketing activity to leads, pipeline, and growth.
Confident working with data, KPIs, and performance reporting.
Comfortable working directly with senior leadership and managing priorities independently.
Organised, decisive, and able to drive execution across multiple workstreams.
Our Work Conditions
This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Colombo office.
Standard work hours apply (flexible between 7:30 am and 19:00 pm).
